	ISTANBUL - Ill prisoner Kerim Boran was released from prison after his sentence was cancelled.

	&nbsp;

	The sentence of Kerim Boran, an 81-year-old seriously ill prisoner in Edirne F-Type Closed Prison, was cancelled by the decision of AKP Chair and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Boran was released from Metris Prison.

	&nbsp;

	Boran was welcomed with flowers by the executives of the Marmara Association for Assistance and Solidarity with Families of Prisoners and Prisoners (MATUHAYDER), Peoples' Democratic Congress (HDK) and Peoples' Equality and Democracy (DEM) Party Îdir (Iğdır) MP Yılmaz Hun.
