Workers' protests continue for 9 days

	IZMIR - Workers at İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, affiliated with Genel-İş, are continuing their ninth day of protests against unpaid wages and the pool system. 

	 

	İzmir Metropolitan Municipality (İzBB) workers, members of the Revolutionary Workers' Trade Unions Confederation (DİSK) General Services Workers' Union (Genel-İş), are continuing their protest against unpaid wages and the pool system. 

	 

	On the 9th day of the protest, the workers are continuing their vigil in the tent they set up in front of the Kültürpark 9 Eylül Gate. The workers stated that they will continue their protest until their demands are met.
