Private sector teachers' hunger strike enters its second day

	ANKARA – The hunger strike launched by teachers who have been unable to secure appointments and are forced to work in the private sector, demanding that their demands be met, continues into its second day.

	 

	The Private Sector Teachers' Union and the Interview Victim Teachers' Platform are continuing their hunger strike into its second day, launched to draw attention to the problems faced by teachers who could not be appointed due to the interview process and who work in the private sector, and to protest the obstacles placed against their actions. 

	 

	Teachers who made a statement in front of the union building announced that they will meet with political parties regarding their problems. A delegation of teachers will hold meetings with political parties in Parliament on the matter.
