NEWS CENTER - Having conducted investigations in Maxmur, which has been a target to Turkish attacks, KNK Co-Chair Zeynep Murad sai: "The Kurds can only stand against these attacks if they unite and stop the invasion."
The delegation, including Kurdistan National Congress (KNK) Co-chair Zeyneb Murad, visited Maxmur Camp in the Federated Kurdistan Region, which is the target of Turkey's attacks. The delegation, welcomed by the Mahmur People's Assembly Co-chairs, made investigations in the region where Turkey launched a SİHA attack on 5 June.
INVESTIGATION INTO THE AREA ATTACKED BY TURKEY
According to Rojnews, KNK Co-Chair Zeyneb Murad, who was investigating the area attacked by Turkey, stated that the attacks were aimed at human rights and that Turkey violated international law. Addressing the Federal Kurdistan Region, the Iraqi Central Government and the United Nations, Murad said, “Do not remain silent in the face of these attacks. Every Kurd has the right to live in peace in the lands of Kurdistan. For the people of Maxmur to live in peace, everyone must fulfill their responsibilities.”
Calling the Kurds for unity, Murad said, "The Kurds can only stand against these attacks and stop the occupation and ensure freedom if they unite."
