Thousands flocked to the Nazım Hikmet Cultural Center, where the Democratic Regions Party (DBP) will hold its 6th Ordinary Congress. The hall of the congress, held with the motto "Towards a Free Life with an Organized Society", started to fill up. The hall decorated with DBP flags is filled banners in Kurdish and Turkish that reads "National unity is not an option, it is a necessity", "We are determined to organize politics with the consciousness of a democratic nation" and "A democratic, ecological and women's libertarian life".
