Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and paramilitary groups affiliated with Turkey also targeted the health and service organisation Kurdish Red Crescent center. 

 

Kurdish Red Crescent center's premises in Erîşa (Arisha), south of Hesekê (Haseke), were looted and burned down. Medical supplies were rendered unusable, and the organisation's premises were completely put out of service.
