Images circulation on virtual media show Abu Zaynab al-Hashimi, a prominent ISIS figure, acting as a commander among paramilitary groups affiliated with HTS during attacks on cities in North and East Syria. Al-Hashimi, who openly shared his photo on virtual media platforms, was seen among HTS fighters near Shaddadi, where he is reported to be organizing and coordinating the attacks.
