CHP's Başarır and Günaydın stripped of deputy group chairmanship titles

ANKARA – Ali Mahir Başarır and Gökhan Günaydın, who were referred to disciplinary proceedings by the Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu administration, have had their deputy parliamentary group chairship titles within the CHP removed by Parliament.

A new development has occurred regarding those referred to disciplinary proceedings with a request for expulsion by the Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu administration, which was appointed to the CHP Chairmanship by the court following the "absolute nullity (Mutlak butlan)" ruling against the Republican People's Party (CHP). 
 
CHP MPs Ali Mahir Başarır and Gökhan Günaydın, who are among those referred to disciplinary proceedings, have had their CHP Deputy Group Chairship titles removed by Parliament.
