The Law on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Integration, widely known as the “framework law” and introduced as part of the Peace and Democratic Society Process, was published in the Official Gazette. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan also posted on social media following the publication of the law.

 

Erdoğan thanked those who contributed to the law, saying: “I hope the Law on Strengthening National Solidarity and Social Integration, which was passed by our Parliament with the support of 467 lawmakers in a historic display of consensus and entered into force today, will bring about positive outcomes. I commend the state institutions and officials who contributed to bringing the process to this point safely and without incident.”
