
Mazloum Abdi and Ilham Ahmed meet al-Sharaa

	NEWS CENTER –Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) General Commander Mazloum Abdi and the Department of Foreign Relations of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria Co-Chair Ilham Ahmed meet with Syrian Transitional Government President Ahmed al-Sharaa.

	The meeting in Damascus, which was also attended by Foreign Minister Esad al-Shaybani and Presidential Representative Ziyad al-Ayish, addressed the issue of completing the process of integration into state institutions.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	The parties assessed methods for advancing the institutional and military dimensions of integration, developing coordination mechanisms, and implementing this process in a phased manner. &nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Sources close to the Syrian Interim Government reported that technical issues, particularly regarding enhancing inter-institutional coordination and monitoring integration steps, were highlighted during the meeting.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Following the conclusion of the talks, Mazloum Abdi and Ilham Ahmed returned to North and East Syria after concluding their meetings in Damascus. &nbsp;
