The Peoples' Equality and Democracy (DEM) Party İmralı Delegation and the DEM Party organised an event to mark the first anniversary of the Call for Peace and a Democratic Society made by Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan.                                                                     

 

At the event held at the Yılmaz Güney Stage in Ankara, a new photograph of Abdullah Öcalan taken in İmralı was shown for the first time.                           

 

DEM Party Co-Chairs Tülay Hatimoğulları and Tuncer Bakırhan will each make a statement at the event. Following the statements, Abdullah Öcalan's new message regarding the process will be read.
