ŞIRNEX - 7 HPG members who lost their lives in the clashes that broke out in July and August in the Şirnex countryside were buried in the "Cemetery of the nameless ".
It was learned that 7 HPG members who lost their lives in the clashes between HPG and soldiers in the rural areas of Şirnex in July and August and whose bodies were brought to the Şırnak State Hospital morgue were buried in the "Cemetery of the nameless". Three families came to Şirnex to identify the bodies of deceased HPG members and gave blood samples for DNA testing after applying.
However, it was stated that some of the bodies were completely burned and therefore families could not identify their children. After a 15-day period, it was learned that the bodies were buried in the "Cemetery of the nameless" in the disaster home.
While the bodies of 21 HPG members, who lost their lives on different dates, along with 7 bodies, were buried in the "Cemetery of the nameless" in the city, it was seen that a stone was placed only at the head of the graves and these stones were marked.
