SÊRT - Stating that women united around PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan's "jin, jiyan, azadî" philosophy, DBP PM member Nurten Üzümcü said: "This philosophy has become a light. Women have made this philosophy an area of freedom.
The slogan "jin, jiyan, azadi", which emerged from the paradigm that PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan put forward on İmralı Island in Turkey, where he was brought with an international conspiracy, is on the lips of women in many countries of the world today. Women transformed the "jin, jiyan, azadi" philosophy into a revolution in Northern and Eastern Syria. This philosophy also spread all over the world after the murder of Jîna Emînî.
PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, the architect of the "Jin, jiyan, azadi" philosophy, put forward the road map of how women can be a source of social changes and freedom of societies, with his emphasis on women, life and freedom, despite the severe isolation conditions.
THE IMPACT OF WOMEN ON TRANSFORMATION
In his evaluation in April 1989, Abdullah Öcalan stated that women are a part of life and explained the power of women and their impact on transformation as follows: “It should ensure that women are not only an objective part of it, but also a conscious, determined subject. In this sense, we are not developing solutions only for you, the entire society is in dire need of liberation on this issue. You are the pioneers of liberation in this field. The tasks are extremely demanding, you have to pay a lot of attention to them."
PHILOSOPHY THAT UNITS WOMEN
The free life perspective offered to women by Abdullah Öcalan, who left Syria on October 9, 1998 with the partnership of global powers, was brought to Turkey on February 15, 1999 and was held in severe isolation conditions in İmralı Type F High Security Prison for 25 years, was presented by the Democratic Regions Party (Democratic Regions Party). PM) Party Assembly member Nurten Üzümcü evaluated it.
Üzümcü noted that the women's freedom struggle, which he called "my unfinished project" after PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan was brought to Turkey with an international conspiracy on October 9, 1999, was realized with the realization of the philosophy of "Jin, jiyan, azadi" and said: "In the process where governments developed an exploitation of women , women's struggle developed itself in every field and resisted this exploitation. Women united around Mr. Öcalan's philosophy of 'Jin, jiyan, azadi' are struggling in many parts of the world. And this philosophy has been a light. This philosophy also showed itself in the resistance that developed in Iran. Women gathered around this slogan and resisted harassment, rape, exploitation and massacres, and they continue to resist. Women turned this philosophy into a field of freedom. The revolution led by Jina Emînî also developed with this philosophy. This became a philosophy of resistance."
'WOMEN DESTROYED THE ROLE SET BY MEN'
Underlining that the “Jin jiyan azadi” philosophy is a philosophy that destroys the role assigned to women by men, Üzümcü said: “The perspective offered by Mr. Öcalan is a libertarian perspective against the understanding of the governments that think women as slaves. Women unite around this perspective and demand their freedom and gains are achieved. Against this struggle, the attacks of the governments are developing. The Kurdish woman's nationalization and protection of its own identity, language and culture increases the attacks of the government. Women resist all attacks. The area and practice where this philosophy, which Öcalan calls "my unfinished project", comes to life, is an indication that the project is continuing. "Women unite and resist this philosophy all over the world."
