Student protests started at Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara University, Bilkent University, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Istanbul University, Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Boğaziçi University, Galatasaray University, Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul Technical University, Marmara University, Yeditepe University, Kadir Has University, Başkent University, Bursa Uludağ University, Bahçeşehir University, Ege University and Dokuz Eylül University. 

 

Students continue to react to the arrest of Ekrem İmamoğlu, the Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Students boycotted classes and protested today as well.

 

In METU, students gathered in front of the university campus and marched to the rectorate. Students continue to wait in front of the rectorate. 

 

A racist group attacked the students who made a boycott statement at Ankara University Cebeci Campus. The students left the campus en masse and marched towards Tandoğan.
