SIMILAR SITUATION IN BILIGA

The situation is no different in Biliga village, which is located on the slopes of Cudi Mountain in Silopi district. The village guards brought from Sêgirk town have been destroying forests in the region for 3 years. Oak and walnut trees are dense in the area.

In the footage we have accessed, it is seen that most of the area is barren and hundreds of trees are stacked in one area.

Citizens, who recorded the destruction by phone, pointed to the road in the images and said: "You see how many years old trees have been cut down. They built a new road there, trees were cut down. Our vineyards and gardens, walnut trees... They cut down all the trees here. They have committed a massacre of nature."
