NEWS CENTER - Stating that Tayyip Erdoğan accuses everyone of “associating them with the PKK” and PKK Executive Committee Member Duran Kalkan said: "Erdoğan has the relationship with the PKK the most."
PKK Executive Committee Member Duran Kalkan made evaluations on the issues on the agenda. Answering the questions of Medya Haber TV, Kalkan touched upon the assassinations and attacks before the May 14 elections and drew attention to the attack on Malzum Ebdi, the General Commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). Reminding that the attack against Abdi was not the first, and Ebdi's words "How many times have I been subjected to similar attacks, they all failed", Kalkan said: "They attacked not only Mazlum Ebdi, but also many rulers in North-East Syria. They killed them and they said that they shot us. This is clear. We must develop our measures, but the whole world must also see this truth. There must be an attitude towards it."
'THE ATTACKS HAS CONNECTION WITH ELECTION'
Noting that the attacks and assassinations had a connection with the election, Kalkan said: "We understand that the AKP-MHP fascism, MIT and the counter-guerrilla mobilized to the last limit. They mobilized to find and strike the PKK administration, and with the result they will get from there, they will be on the 14th of May. They want to win elections. This is very clear. They have done it in the past, it has some effect. They calculate that if they shoot some of the PKK administration, Kurds, prominent Kurds, they will get votes in Turkey from racist, chauvinist, fascist, nationalist and Turkish circles, unite these votes and then they will win the election. Today, Tayyip Erdoğan's election propaganda is completely based on this. The method he has chosen in the presidential election is the massacre of the Kurds. The massacre of PKK administrators is the Kurds who are fighting for freedom. The massacre will never happen. Everyone should see this."
'ERDOĞAN MEET THE MOST'
Expressing that the AKP-MHP set up all their election propaganda against the Kurdish struggle, Kalkan said. "The AKP President Tayyip Erdoğan "hit everyone over the PKK relationship; however, the relationship between Erdoğan and the AKP with the PKK was the most. Erdoğan met with Öcalan in İmrali. They had so many meetings with Leader Apo, they sent so many ambassadors to Kandil. The Erdoğan administration sent this. Everyone knows. The Erdoğan administration sent all his men to the meetings in Oslo. The head of MI·T, who made all the massacres, went and held talks. Now some of them are under pressure as if being really related to the PKK is a crime. The government and Erdoğan say that they have no relationship with us. They had a relationship with the PKK. He and the government blame the opponent for having a relationship with us and then they defend themselves that they have not had the relationship. The opponents are too weak. They don't even have the strength to defend themselves. There is no terrorism, there is injustice, there is attack, there is inequality, there is the Kurdish genocide, the Kurds are ignored, they want to be destroyed. There are close to 30 million Kurds within the borders of the Turkish Republic. They have no identity, no name, no name, no language, Tayyip Erdoğan says that there are no Kurds. The Kurds who exists will be killed, so he takes decisions. Whoever says 'I am a Kurd' enters either the dungeon or the grave. He doesn't know anything else."
Calling "Vote for democratic candidates," Kalkan said: "The AKP-MHP fascism is in a state that cannot be lifted any longer. History should be thrown into the wastebasket. Think a little more that the AKP-MHP will be the government. What remains in Turkey? Humanity, freedom, democracy. And there is nothing left in the name of brotherhood."
